Average delivery times for Standard delivery are but may vary due to delays with the shipping provider:

• 2-3 Business days for Melbourne metro
• 3-5 Business days for all non-Melbourne metro areas

During major sales events (e.g., promotions or stocktakes), order preparation may take an additional day or two. Note that orders may arrive in multiple shipments sourced from different locations.

Placing Orders for Goods By placing an Order, you make an offer to purchase the product(s) in that Order. Orders are deemed received once we send an order confirmation to your email address. It’s your responsibility to ensure the correct email and contact details are provided.

Each Order is a separate contract, with each product in your Order sold by Smart Laser Solutions.

A Tax Invoice is issued when the Goods are ready for dispatch. You acknowledge that all Goods purchased under these Terms are intended for commercial use only and not for resale.

From time to time, we may restrict the quantity of Goods that can be purchased in one Order, during a specific period, or per person/address. Quantity restrictions will be stated on the product page or promotional materials.

We are not liable for loss due to delays in processing or delivering Goods because of incorrect or incomplete order details.

We cannot consolidate consecutive or separate Orders, and a separate Delivery Fee applies to each Order.

Your Order is confirmed when it’s dispatched, and a Tax Invoice is issued.

Availability of Goods At times, some Goods may be out of stock or unavailable, and we may not fulfil all or part of your order. If this happens, we’ll refund the impacted items.

Smart Laser Solutions reserves the right to withdraw or suspend any item from sale on the Website temporarily or permanently, without notice. We won’t be liable for any loss due to the withdrawal or suspension of items.

If an item you ordered is withdrawn or suspended, and payment has been processed, we’ll refund any money paid.

Errors, whether from human or system mistakes, may occur on our Website. If your Order is affected by an error, we’ll reject the affected part and refund the amount accordingly. You may return any unsatisfactory portion of your Order under our Returns Policy.

Delivery Delivery times may vary according to availability. Estimated delivery times are subject to delays from postal services or force majeure events, which we are not responsible for.

Your Order may be fulfilled from multiple locations at different times depending on stock availability. No additional charges apply in such cases.

For Big & Bulky deliveries, a delivery service provider will arrange delivery directly with you. If nobody is available, additional delivery fees may apply for re-delivery.

If applicable, read the product page for any assembly requirements. Unpacking, assembly, and installation fees are not included in the Delivery Fee.

Order Cancellations and Returns No cancellations or changes to Orders are accepted after submission unless stated otherwise in these Terms or agreed upon by Smart Laser Solutions. You will be able to return Goods under the Returns Policy.

If we cannot contact you after reasonable attempts, your Order may be cancelled and refunded.

Risk & Liability Risk and title in the Goods pass to you upon delivery. Smart Laser Solutions’ goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Governing Law The laws of Victoria, Australia govern this agreement. Transactions are deemed to have taken place in Melbourne, Victoria.

• Big & Bulky Goods: Items requiring extra handling for delivery.
• Business Day: A weekday when banks in Melbourne, Victoria, are open.
• Delivery Address: The address you provided for delivery.

Sale of Goods (other than for Online Purchases)

The definitions in these Terms and Conditions apply to any contract for Goods ordered outside of our Website.
